ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS
For everyday use
Here are a couple of my favourite essential Oil blends that have helped me when I was sick or injured. By using these blends, you can prevent not only overusing certain antibiotics or using them when it is unnecessary, but can also prevent supporting animal testing in medicine. Enjoy!
BRUISE ESSENTIAL OIL
Ingredients:
5 drops of neroli
6 drops lemongrass
25 drops of calendula oil
Steps:
one by one, pour all the oils into the roller bottle
Shake until no visible barriers are noticeable
Ready for immediate use
For hurtful blue bruises
COLD ESSENTIAL OIL
Ingredients:
8 drops cajeput essential oil
2 drops peppermint oil
30 drops calendula oil
Steps:
one by one, pour all the oils into the roller bottle
Shake until no visible barriers are noticeable
Ready for immediate use
For stuffed and runny noses with the additional headaches
HEADACHE AND CONCENTRATION ESSENTIAL OIL
For any types of headaches and when you are lacking concentration
Ingredients:
4 drops peppermint oil
4 drops eucalyptus oil
2 drops lemon oil
15 drops calendula oil
Steps:
one by one, pour all the oils into the roller bottle
Shake until no visible barriers are noticeable
Ready for immediate use
INSOMNIA ESSENTIAL OIL
Ingredients:
8 drops lavender
3 drops vanilla essential oil
20 drops calendula oil
Steps:
one by one, pour all the oils into the roller bottle
Shake until no visible barriers are noticeable

For those sleepless nights
UPLIFTING ESSENTIAL OIL
For when the vibe is slightly off
Ingredients:
3 drops lemon essential oil
3 drops grapefruit oil
3 drops lemongrass essential oil
15 drops calendula oil
Steps:
one by one, pour all the oils into the roller bottle
Shake until no visible barriers are noticeable
Ready for immediate use
CHILLI SALVE
For intense muscle and back pain
Ingredients:
3 large chilli peppers
10g of ginger
30ml calendula oil
40g beeswax
3 tbsp olive oil
Steps:
Cut the chilli peppers and the ginger into small cubes or stripes.
In a medium pot, pour the olive oil and let heat up over medium heat
Add the ginger and chilli and let simmer for at least 5 minutes, the oil should turn a bright orange.
Add the calendula oil and the beeswax and stir until the beeswax has completely melted
Strain with a sieve or strainer and pour rest of the oil into a container
Place in fridge for at least 1 hour to harden
Take out 30 minutes before use to let it soften a little, after this it can be stored at room temperature
